Our Services / Helpline@SRC
SERVICE:

Our Helpline will be reopening on Tuesday 12th January.
Our Helpline is currently only open on Tuesday evenings
between 7pm-9pm.

Our local Helpline service is free and confidential and is staffed by volunteers. Our volunteers have been through extensive training to enable them to support women and girls who have experienced sexual violence. Our volunteers will listen and believe you and are available to talk through anything.
The line is anonymous and confidential, and you do not have to provide any personal information. We do keep call records which are used only to help us if you call again, so you do not have to repeat yourself each time you call.
If you have more questions, please check out our Frequently Asked Questions page or contact us.
SUPPORT CALLS @SRC.
Alongside our Helpline, if you are on the waiting list to receive counselling and opt in, one of our volunteers will contact you every 4 weeks to check in with you, and provide you a space to offload or ask any questions.
