EVERY MONDAY
11.00am – 12.00pm
SRC has moved online to offer a virtual coffee morning for women to access from the comfort of their own homes. An opportunity to drop in and meet other women for a chat and cuppa! This relaxed and informal group is the perfect chance to regain some normality during this difficult time and seek some solidarity with other survivors. During the first half an hour you can meet one of our friendly SRC staff and other women for a chance to chatter and natter while in the comfort of your own homes! In the second half an hour we offer creative self-care activities led by a specialist from breathing and relaxation to creative writing to arts and crafts. A chance to socialise, and check in with others while enjoying a cup of tea or coffee. Don’t forget the biscuits!!!
