Website Launch: We have a brand-new website! 

In January, we decided to rebrand our existing services, and as we expanded to our new services, we knew it was key to have a user-friendly website that made navigating them all as easy as possible. We know it can feel daunting to reach out for help, and to browse the website of a rape crisis centre, so it was important to us that we created a site that felt welcoming and reflected the high quality of work that we are proud of at SRC. 

Luckily, we had worked with Lucy, of Silverlace Creative last year, as she designed our new leaflets and business cards. We got to work rewriting the new website content, and talked her through our ideas, and before we knew it, she’d pulled all the ideas from our heads into some drafts. We had some debate on the best logos and the colours, the volunteers were consulted, the counsellors had some input- but we were able to trust Lucy’s vision at every step of the way, and we’re so glad we did! 

We love every page of the new website, but if we had to pick a favourite, it would be the ‘Contact Us’ and ‘FAQ’ pages. The new contact us page has all the immediate details you might need to speak with us, from referring to our services, to contacting Helpline @ SRC. The FAQ pages are just that- packed full of Frequently Asked Questions that might be on your mind as you consider starting your journey with us. It’s important that you feel as informed as possible, and these pages make that process smooth and transparent.

We are hopeful that this new website will ensure that all of your questions are answered, and that the Resources pages can help provide some of the information that you’re looking for, but if not, you know the best way to contact us!
