Covid-19

At SRC we are working hard to continue to provide much needed services whilst ensuring the safety of our service users and our staff team. In order to do that, all of our face to face support will be delivered through our specialist online counselling rooms or by phone. We would like to assure all women accessing support that we are committed to providing the same specialist, needs-led support during this period. 

SRC understands the real potential for the current situation with COVD-19 to cause anxiety and concern for many, not least of all those processing trauma and living with the impacts of sexual violence and abuse. We are particularly mindful of the increased risk of social isolation and detrimental impacts on mental health of the necessary social distancing and infection control measures. SRC have a range of online social and wellbeing groups for all women and girls who have been subjected to any form of sexual violence, at any point in their lives.
